1. The Banyan Tree, AlUla
Launching in Q3/Q4 of 2021, Banyan Tree Al-Ula is situated in the Asher Valley, close to Al-Ula city. Due to its location, each room in the resort will provide beautiful views of red sand and rock formations in the valley. Located in the eco-tourism parts of the Kingdom, the resort is set to offer a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. Besides the luxurious rooms and amenities, the hotel houses three onsite restaurants serving Arabian, Thai and international cuisines.
2. Habitas AlUla Resort, AlUla
Opened in Q4, 2021, Habitas AlUla Resort is an eco-friendly resort. It will offer mesmerizing landscapes and acquainting guests with the rich heritage of Saudi Arabia. The hotel is conveniently located near various ancient and cultural sites like Hegra, AlUla’s Old Town and more. Set to launch in Q3 of 2022, Voco Jeddah North is close to the new Jeddah Airport featuring 145 rooms. Expanding in 28,000 sq km on the Red Sea coast, the Red Sea project will be ready to open its first hotel by Q4 2022. The island promises to provide a unique experience to visitors looking for excellent resorts, island getaways, desert adventures and mountain treks. Also, the Red Sea Shipwreck excavation site is going to be a top attraction here. The Red Sea development company announced plans to open 9 new luxury hotels in the first phase of the mega project. The first phase of the project consists of 16 such under development hotels launching in Q4 of 2022 and Q1 of 2023.
The hotels include big brands such as SLS Red Sea, Red Sea Edition, St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Grand Hyatt Red Sea, Raffles Red Sea, Six Senses Southern Dunes, Jumeriah Hotels and Resort, Fairmont Red sea and InterContinental Red Sea.
